Understanding the rules of craps is our next step in this online craps journey. So far we looked at the odds, the nature of the game and the table layouts. Now it is time to consider craps rules. Online craps rules are similar to casino craps rules. So knowledge of craps rules will help you play online craps as well.
Rules of craps are:

Rule 1
Bank craps, the casino’s version of craps is played against the casino and not against each other.

Rule 2
Each table has a minimum bet determined and written on the placard. That should be followed.

Rule 3
Two dice are used in this game. Each dice with six sides with a different number ranging from 1 to 6, written on each of them

Rule 4
The player who rolled the dice is called the shooter. To be eligible to roll the dice, the player must place pass line or don’t pass bet.

Rule 5
The outcomes on the upward facing side of both the dice are counted and are called the roll.

Rule 6
A game consists of a series of rolls.

Rule 7
A roll of 2, 3, or 12 is called craps.

Rule 8
The first roll by the shooter is called come out roll.

Rule 9
If the come out roll is 7 or 11 the game is over. Bets on pass line wins 1:1 and bets on don’t pass are lost.

Rule 10
If the come out roll craps, the game is over. Bets on pass line are lost and bets on don’t pass are won, unless don’t pass line reads bar.
