|
|

|
|
This is a type of bet on each of the hardways and any seven. |

Capped dice |
|
|
A crooked or loaded dice. |
|
|
Cocked dice |
|
|
A dice or both the dice that did not fall flat on the craps table. It either landed on the wall, chips or money. The stickman decides whether to count the dice roll or not. |

Come out roll |
|
|
The first roll of dice in a betting round. |
|
|
Crap out |
|
|
Rolling 2, 3, or 12 on the come out. |
|
|
Dealer |
|
|
A casino employee who is responsible for bets made on the half of the table on his side. |
|
|
Dice are in the middle |
|
|
This refers to the dice when placed in front of the boxman above proposition bets. This is the time to make bets. |
|
| Double odds | |
|
This is an odds bet on 2 times of original pass or come bet. |
|
|
Eye balls |
|
|
Slang for the outcome of 2 1s (1, 1). |

Hi-Lo |
|
|
One roll bet on both 2, and 12 |

Hi-Lo-Yo |
|
|
One roll bet 2, 11 and 12. |
|
|
Hit a brick |
|
|
When the dice or both the dice hit the stack of gambling chips, the stickman announces hit a brick. |

Inside |
|
|
Refers to 5, 6, 8 or 9. |
|
|
Insurance bet |
|
|
A bet placed to counter losses from another bet. |

Late bet |
|
|
It’s made when the dice has been released from hand or when it is still in the air. The dealer or the boxman will decide if it’s a bet or no bet. |

Midnight |
|
|
A bet on the next roll to come 12. |

|
|

|
|
White dots on the craps dice. |

Pit |
|
|
Area in the casino where craps tables are located. |
|

|
The rail around the gambling table, where players can place their chips. |

Rail |
|
|
It’s an area around the player side of the craps table. |
|
|
Right bettor |
|
|
Refers to the player who bets on pass line. |
|
|
Seven out |
|
|
When 7 is rolled after the point has been established. It’s a 7 out. |

|
Shooter |
|
|
The person who rolls the dice. |
|
|
Single odds |
|
|
The amount of the original pass line and come bet. |
|
|
Stickman |
|
|
A casino employee responsible for calling out the result, placing and paying propositional bets, and returning the dice to the shooter |

3-way craps |
|
|
A horn bet without 11. |
|
|
3-way 7 |
|
|
A bet made of any 7. |

Turn-about |
|
|
The stickman calls out when the dice are being passed to the next shooter at the other end of the craps table. |

2-way 11 |
|
|
A bet placed by the player on 11 both for himself and the dealer. |

Whirl |
|
|
A five bet in 1 on the next roll to be 2, 3, 7, 11 or 12. |

Wrong bettor |
|
|
A player who bets on don’t pass line and son’t come. |

To-Yo or Yo-leven |
|
|
Slang for 11 to differentiate it from 7 |
